Since 1998, TA-FA METALLIC INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. has been dedicated to developing a range of power distribution enclosures, including general type enclosure system (M9 and M8 series), european standard compact box system (C6 series), console desk enclosure system (M5 series), and console system (M4 series). Among these, the M9 series has been widely used by many large electronic-related manufacturers such as TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) - Semiconductor Foundry, MICRON (Micron Technology) - AI Data centers and Servers,Inotera Memories, Inc., as well as major public infrastructure projects such as THSR (Taiwan High-Speed Rail), , electric power plants, and oil refineries. Both the M9 and C6 series are certified with TÜV IP55 & IP66 standards (EN60529 - protection against dust and water). The TA-FA D7 & D8 series - 19” standard rack cabinets - have been extensively utilized in Chunghwa Telecom IDC data centers. . In 2005, TA-FA collaborated with Chunghwa Telecom to develop both above-ground and underground fiber optic distribution cabinets projects, which successfully lead TA-FA to integrate into telecommunications industries. Since 2020, we have also cooperated with leading electronics companies to develop Energy Storage Cabinets and EV Charging Stations, which are parts of our commitment to the innovation and sustainable technology.

Laser Cutting and Punch Press Processing

The Mitsubishi - Fiber Optic Laser Cutting Machines are new technology of high speed and high precision processing on metal sheets, offering precise and stable cutting. The Murata CNC turret punch press can perform operations such as punching, forming, and more.

Sheet Metal Bending

Perform bending processing according to the required specifications of the product. The CNC automatic bending machine has the capability for high-efficiency bending processing.

Welding and Robotic Arm

In terms of welding equipment, we have various types of welding machines - MIG / TIG / LASER / RESISTANCE SPOT Welding. The Robotic Arm offers high precision and consistent performance, reducing worker risk and significantly enhancing productivity.

Powder Coating

According to different product characteristics and specifications, TA-FA provide both liquid and powder coating lines. The electrostatic powder coating equipment achieves high film thickness in a single application, meeting multi-color and multi-texture requirements.

PU Foam-in-place Gasket Process

PU Foam-in-place Gasket is an automated gasketing, therefore, it can provide a wide variaty of application. Moreover, PU foam gaskets can also be customized to fit specific shapes and sizes. They have good compressibility and recovery properties, making them ideal for sealing, providing dust & water proof function. They also have good resistance to temperature, chemicals, and moisture.

Assembly Processing

To meet the diverse needs of our clients, TA-FA operates with flexibility, stability, and reliability as our guiding principles, providing product assembly services and testing. From manufacturing, wiring, assembly, to testing, TA-FA establishes work standards and quality benchmarks to fully control and ensure trusted quality at every stage.

Quality Inspection

To ensure exceptional product quality, TA-FA has established a comprehensive quality management system, with strict inspection standards set from incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, to final inspection. TA-FA’s commitment to quality is demonstrated through certifications such as TÜV, CE, ISO 9001 (Quality Certification), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Certification),and AS 9100(Quality Management Systems – Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations). To further strengthen quality credibility, we engage third-party authorities such as the Metal Industries Research & Development Centre and SGS for certification testing. Our dedication to quality is grounded in rigorous standards and thorough investigation.
