D8 Series - Aluminum Rack

High rigid structure, strengthened glass door, modular and multifunctional design,
flexible unit for expanding.

 

  • ❶ Main frame

    The aluminum column of the main frame is made of AL6063T5 through aluminum extrusion. It is for heavy-loadinf, antivibration, has no deformation, and is expansible through putting many frames together.

  • ❷ Side plate

    The side plate is dismountable. Its material is 1.0mm powder coated steel plate or 1.6mm aluminum alloy. An opening switch is one the upper end and can be discounted easily, Maintenance is also easy. The selection of accessories is the same as D7 series.

  • ❸ Front door

    Its columns are made of aluminum through extrusion. The handle is hidden type. The door is with 3mm transparent acrylic plate or strengthened glass plate.

  • ❹ Movable steel column with square holes

    Is made of bended SPECC2.3t steel plate. There are making holes for every 1U distance to make the assembly of the equipment easier.

  • ❺ Supporting plate

    Can be used with supporting angle. All equipment can be put on it. There are punched holes on the plate for the heat dissipation.

  • ❻ Standard fan set

    Is installed on the upper cover for good heat dissipation and space saving. The interior space can therefore be used more effectively.

  • ❼ Lower plate set

    Is assembled by three pieces to make in/out of electric wires easier.

  • ❽ Rear door

    Its material is 1.6mm steel plate or aluminum alloy.

  • ❾ Movable roller set

    Is assembled at the bottom end of the rack to make the body moving easier. It provides also braking and fixing abilities.

 

 

The opening direction of the door is interchangeable
Depending on the location of the rack, the opening direction of the door can be changed.

Two-pieces rear plate
The rear plate consists of two pieces, the lower rear plate can be dismounted quickly.

Curved angle design
The corners of the mainframe are designed with curve, the exterior appearance is very good.

Movable front and rear fixing volumes
The fixing column is movable, and simplified the wire-arranging work at front side by moving the volume, the working space can be easily provided.

Heavy duty base(optional)
Optional heavy duty base available for installation of heavy equipment.

Locked handle
Flat type handle with lock is used. It is practical and looks nice.

 

 

Simple disassembled proedure, the rack provides excellent working condition

It can be disassembled easily without any tools.
