ABOUT US

TAFA Metallic Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1965 as a professioanl sheet metal manufacturing facility.

Since 1998, TA-FA METALLIC INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. has been dedicated to developing a range of power distribution enclosures, including general type enclosure system (M9 and M8 series), european standard compact box system(C6 series), console desk enclosure system (M5 series), and console system (M4 series). Among these, the M9 series has been widely used by many large electronic-related manufacturers such as TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) - Semiconductor Foundry, MICRON (Micron Technology) - AI Data centers and Servers,Inotera Memories, Inc., as well as major public infrastructure projects such as THSR (Taiwan High-Speed Rail), , electric power plants, and oil refineries. Both the M9 and C6 series are certified with TÜV IP55 & IP66 standards (EN60529 - protection against dust and water). The TA-FA D7 & D8 series 19” standard rack cabinets have been extensively utilized in Chunghwa Telecom IDC data centers. . In 2005, TA-FA collaborated with Chunghwa Telecom to develop both above-ground and underground fiber optic distribution cabinets projects, which successfully lead TA-FA to integrate into telecommunications industries. Since 2020, we have also cooperated with leading electronics companies to develop Energy Storage Cabinets and EV Charging Stations, which are parts of our commitment to the innovation and sustainable technology.

PRODUCTS

M9 - General-purpose Distribution Box

The M9 Series General type Enclosure System are made of 1.6mm Zinc-plated steel sheet. The main structure has been multi-bended and welded and therefore has high rigidity and anti-vibration ability.

The M9 Series offers the best solution for problems and is good-looking. Maximum interior and enlarged mounting area provide more space for control system. Timesaving assembly, optimum space utilization, ideal installation and various selections are its best features. Therefore, it can suit all requirements of the customers.

M8 - Standalone Distribution Box

Optimal Expansion Possibility, Sturdy and Practical, Easy to Adjust and Install

This series of enclosures features a sleek and aesthetically pleasing exterior, with the internal structure identical to the M9 series. All parts and components are interchangeable, and its wide versatility can meet the diverse needs of customers.

The door panel uses PU compression to ensure excellent sealing, providing dustproof and waterproof functions.
All sheet metals are powder-coated, offering both aesthetic appeal and excellent rust resistance.
The bottom plate is made from 2.3mm thick galvanized steel, allowing for easy movement forward and backward, and is simple to assemble and disassemble.
The door panel is secured with four door bolts, ensuring both strength and the flexibility to change the opening direction.
The three-piece lower cover plate can be freely adjusted for wiring, making wiring installation more convenient.

M5 - Inclined Control Desk

Durable Steel Plate Structure, Aesthetic and Long-lasting.
The top cover plate is interchangeable.
An alternative model is available for wiring from the rear door.
The integrated structure of the enclosure provides extremely high rigidity and protection levels.
The installation plate is made of galvanized steel, with adjustable depth, and the two installation plates can be installed back-to-back.
Even without a base, the door can open and close freely.

M3 - Junction Box

Variety of choices on the size of M3 Series Terminal Boxes system.
Arranging cables in the most economic space.
Firm steel featured of main structure and mounting plates are Zinc-plated.
A multi-bended protection channel provides additional stability of the main structure and prevents dust
and water into the box.

C6 - Wall-Mounted Distribution Box

European-style rugged steel plate construction, dustproof and waterproof wall-mounted distribution box, suitable for various installation spaces.

The multiple bends at the box opening reinforce the box structure, preventing water and dust from entering the enclosure.
The enclosure is pre-drilled with mounting holes for easy wall installation.
The door panel uses PU compression to ensure a good seal.
The box and door can open up to 130 degrees, facilitating panel installation.
The door lock complies with electrical safety measures and is easy to operate.
Both the box and door are equipped with grounding pins for ground wire connection.
Stainless steel material option is also available.
